Kilby Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of Kilby. By accessing or using Kilby, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Use of Kilby

• You may use Kilby only for lawful purposes.
• You are responsible for the prompts, files, and account activity associated with your use of Kilby.
• You may not use Kilby to abuse, disrupt, reverse engineer, or interfere with the service or related systems.

Accounts and Access

• You are responsible for maintaining access to your sign-in method and any connected third-party services.
• Some features require Anthropic access and optional Google Workspace authorization.
• Kilby may suspend or restrict access if the service is misused or if access is required to protect users or infrastructure.

Third-Party Services

Kilby depends on third-party platforms and APIs, including Anthropic, Google, and other connected services. Availability, results, and functionality may change when those providers change their services.

User Content

You retain responsibility for the prompts, attachments, and other content you submit through Kilby. You grant Kilby the limited rights needed to process that content in order to operate the service.

No Warranty

Kilby is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Responses may be incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, or unavailable. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kilby and its publisher are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the service.

Termination

You may stop using Kilby at any time. Kilby may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated or if continued access would create operational, legal, or security risk.

Changes

Kilby may update these terms from time to time. If the terms change materially, the effective date on this page will be updated.
